Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef.
I carrot, shredded.
I green bell pepper, chopped.
1 red bell pepper
1 small potato boiled and mashed.
1 stick of celery finally chopped.
1/2 cup chopped mushroom.
1 onion, chopped.
1 diced tomato.
4 garlic gloves, minced.
1 egg
3 Tablespoons olive oil.
1/4 cup Italian parsley.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon nut meg.
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
heat the oven to 350F.
sauté onion and garlic in oil for 3 minutes, add celery, carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers and mix for another 3 minutes.
Add ground beef, salt, ground peppers, nut meg and mix. Add mashed potato, diced tomato, and parsley, mix for 4-6 minutes, remove from the heat, add the egg and mix.
Put the mixture in a pan and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
